FAQs

How will this work?

Each class will be conducted over Video Conference and involves a mix of lessons and tutorials to practice your code. 
There are no projects as part of this course (except for the optional assessment),
until you progress to our Software Development Bootcamp.


Will I be able to code after taking this course?
We definitely won't be able to teach you everything you need to know, but you will be able to develop a simple web application to showcase your newfound skills. Those who complete Software Development Basics will be able to continue their learning through our Software Development Bootcamp.


What is the requirement to get the certificate?
At the end of the 4 weeks, you will have an optional assignment to complete. 

Once marked, you will be issued a certificate of completion by Trent Global College.


Are there any additional fees?

Nope. 


What happens if I miss a class?

There won't be any makeup classes for missed sessions, but course material and past recordings will be made available to students.


Can anyone attend this course?

So long as you have an interest in learning to code, we're happy to have you onboard!
